Wheel Alignment

Vehicle wheel alignment is affected by road conditions and driving circumstances and therefore adjustment cannot be covered by Priorslee Motor Services, However, should you have reason to believe that further adjustment is necessary, we will check and re-adjust (if required) free of charge within 30 days of purchase.

Air Con

If your vehicle, when hooked on to the Aircon machine shows no leak or issue we will go ahead and re-gass the system. Should you experience any loss of gas over a period of time a small pin-hole leak may be present. In these circumstances it is at the Manager’s discretion whether to offer a refund. Air-Con repairs are guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

All Batteries are sold with a minimum 3 Year Unlimited Mileage Guarantee

Includes Platinum AGM batteries. Check your invoice for details.

Service & MOT

Priorslee Motor Services provides Vehicle Servicing and is licensed by the DVSA to provide MOT testing

Details of service schedules are available online or in reception. Service components and any other mechanical parts, including starters and alternators are guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Windscreen Wipers

Guaranteed against manufacturer defects

All replacement wiper blades are covered by a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) from Bosch against manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship. Please return the vehicle to for inspection. Wiper blades may be required to be returned to the manufacturer for further inspection.

These guarantees do not cover any defect caused by reasonable wear, tear or corrosion, or any costs incurred through loss of use. Manufacturer’s conditions of sale apply to all goods sold. These guarantees do not extend to any monetary or compensatory claim, in particular consequential or additional losses.

Priorslee Motors extra guarantee’s are in addition to and do not detract from your statutory rights.
